The managers have moved forward with interviews for candidates who have worked at larger automotive companies (Ford, Waymo, Rivian, Stellantis, etc.) I included a few highlights on the role and feedback as to where candidates have missed the mark during the submittal/interview process below for your reference: What we need to see: 3+ years of in-car testing experience for ADAS features. BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science related field. Experience with Linux/QNX systems. Technical in nature and able to elaborate as needed on the lowest detail to the highest-level vision of the job. Prior experience in Vehicle bring up, Verification and Validation test at large scale. Prior experience on AV Triage workflows. Be able to efficiently work with multiple teams. 7 days testing operation with 5days(40hrs)/week commitment. Candidate Feedback missed the mark: Not interested -- Will skip this. More like a TO or Ops profile. Will skip this profile due to no vehicle/ADAS experience. Need more Technical ADAS experience/voice. Will skip this resume. Candidate does not have required in-vehicle test experience. His experience is related to implementing ADAS tests in automation environment. Not Moving forward. His ADAS testing knowledge does not fulfill our expectations. He does not in-vehicle ADAS feature testing experience. He has no experience in ADAS vehicle level testing. His ADAS knowledge is also very much limited. He was unable to and basic questions on ADAS autonomy levels and features. He does not fit into expectations for open role. His ADAS knowledge is also very much limited.
