Integrate SECS/GEM interfaces with manufacturing equipment and factory host systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SEMI standards for equipment communication. Troubleshoot and debug SECS/GEM-related issues, ensuring seamless equipment-host interaction. Develop and execute unit tests to validate protocol implementation and software performance. Optimize application performance and scalability in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Document development processes, protocols, and technical specifications. Provide technical support and training for SECS/GEM-related software tools. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in software development using .NET framework and C#. Strong knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols (SECS-II, HSMS) and SEMI standards. Experience with manufacturing equipment integration and communication interfaces. Familiarity with industrial automation, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with communication protocols like TCP/IP and RS-232. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
