Has worked on Sterling OMS v10, IBM Call Center 5 to 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE world along with IBM Sterling OMS configurations\\enhancements experience Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE, XML.
