Role Overview and Justification These roles are essential for fulfilling federal and state government reporting requirements, including: Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Uniform Reporting System (URS) This work ensures compliance, supports funding, and provides accurate, timely data for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Federal and State Reporting: TEDS Reporting: Collect and analyze treatment admissions and discharges, focusing on data quality and outcomes. GPRA Compliance: Manage and report performance metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness. URS Reporting: Ensure consistent and transparent reporting of mental health service outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., finance, claims, encounters) to align, validate, and integrate data across systems. Data Quality and Migration: Validate data and lead quality control during data warehouse migrations, ensuring alignment with data architecture teams. Technical Skills: Build and maintain advanced SQL queries. Use BI tools for data analysis and visualization. Work with healthcare data (EHR systems and claims processing). Continuous Improvement: Monitor submitted data for accuracy. Identify and resolve issues proactively. Communication: Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
