Visa : NoH1b/Cpt Interview mode:: VIDEO Job Description: Project/Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to support customer development initiatives and related programs. Track progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Facilitation and Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project requirements and priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and communication. Tool Management and Reporting: Use JIRA for task tracking and project management, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders. Customer Development and Process Alignment: Drive initiatives related to BRPL Planner Customer Development, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze and refine processes to improve project execution and customer outcomes. Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Provide solutions to complex challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Team Leadership and Communication: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Explain technical and business concepts clearly to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager, with expertise in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Strong understanding of BRPL Planner Customer Development processes and practices. Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Retail experience. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience working in customer-focused environments or industries.
