The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management for large-scale enterprise implementations, particularly within state or federal government environments, and demonstrate expertise in Agile (Scrum) practices. This role requires a strong understanding of the PMI framework, the ability to manage project artifacts and charters, and exceptional communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan, budget, oversee, and document all phases of the MCS Waiver Salesforce Enhancements project. Implement standard project management practices within Agile (Scrum) environments. Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, and other project artifacts as needed. Collaborate with multiple key stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical designs and business objectives. Communicate effectively with IT teams and business clients, translating complex technical designs and business processes into actionable project goals. Provide technical support during work hours and on-call, as necessary. Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and oversight entities regarding project progress and outcomes. Minimum Requirements: Years Required Skills/Experience 7 Project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations. 7 State of Texas or similar federal/state project management experience. 7 Hands-on Salesforce experience. Preferred Qualifications: Years Preferred Skills/Experience 5 Familiarity with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework. 4 PMP Certification. 3 Agile (Scrum) experience. 3 ACP/Scrum Master certification. 1 Experience in state procurement and contracting processes. 1 Hands-on experience with Jira. 1 Experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
