Position: Cyber Remediation Analyst Locations: Jersey City, NJ 07310 Duration: Contract Job Description: Have an audit/GRC mindset, ideally have worked with audit teams or faced regulators - challenge what the teams are doing and the evidence provided, prepare audit-ready package for the closure of the recos o For PMs: they need to connect the dots and be engaged in the delivery (even though the actual delivery comes from the internal SMEs) = who can help SMEs polish process flows, procedures, controls. They dont want PMs who check boxes = manage a project like an admin task. Its not about being PMP compliant. o For PMOs: they have to be good at communicating / slides but also with a critical mindset / challenging / asking why when preparing reports or steerco documents Need to come to Jersey City office at least 2-3 days per week, so either local or else need to travel 2-3 days every week. Be experienced. Complex environment with many stakeholders, need experience driving time-boxed projects under pressure (report up to the board of the bank) General knowledge of Cybersecurity / IT Risk management. The topics are around production security (firewall rules reviews, Varonis implementation, vulnerability management, TPC inventory & encryption, TAM) but we dont need SMEs, rather some strong profiles who can drive things and understand broadly what the SMEs are talking about.
