The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about using data to solve complex business problems. Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in SAS programming to mine, alter, manage, retrieve, and combine data from a variety of sources and perform statistical analysis Proficient in SAS programming, including macro development PROC SQL Proficient with SAS data integration and query tools 5+ years of advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization 3+ years of experience in data visualization and tools Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in related field. Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts. Healthcare or financial services industry experience. Certifications in SAS or SQL. Familiar with SAS Procurement Integrity solution. Technical Skills: SAS: Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Macro language, PROC SQL. SQL: Complex querying, stored procedures, performance tuning. Linux: scripting, process scheduling, application. scheduling, basic peripheral devices, and file systems. Database platforms: SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. API development. Data visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
