Responsible for implementing, performing, documenting, and tracking UX/UI requirements and usability test cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, requirements, and use cases to define and execute design plans. Provide continuous improvements to the user experience design process. Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external stakeholders. Assist in project/task effort estimation and schedule planning. Continuously engage in learning and improving processes to develop a high-quality product in a timely manner. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design 3+ years of proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 2+ years of experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience working in an agile/scrum methodology (preferred). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred). Passionate about learning how things work to the point of breaking them. Strong Analytical Skills.
