Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry, managing projects of varying complexity. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecom technologies, including network infrastructure, wireless communication, and data transmission. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance and industry standards. Experience in managing international projects and working with global teams.
