Good development experience in BPM Engines (Mandatory JBPM) At least two years experience in SOA based process applications using BPM (JBPM) Experience defining and modeling BPMN 2.0 based business processes on BPM platform, query API Good knowledge in Java, JSP, Servlet and SQL, Struts / Spring / Hibernate / Mybatis Framework Experience in HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript Languages Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Practical experience in any of these application servers (Weblogic / Websphere / Apache Tomcat / Jetty) Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
