Position: MS Power Platform Engineer Location: Remote (USA) Duration: Long Term Job description: Mandatory Skills: MS Power Platforms (Power Apps | Power Automate | Dataverse | Power BI) A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field 5-10 years developing solutions in a Microsoft environment (PowerApps | Power Automate | Dataverse) 5-10 years creating intuitive and dynamic reports and dashboards in a PowerBI environment Comfortable challenging technical direction if a better option is available at no additional cost Able to translate user requests into functional processes and features in the desired solution Capable of producing evidence (ex. Customer Satisfaction Recommendation) to verify successful project history Proficiency with development tools and environments such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and other relevant development and collaboration tools. Exceptional Candidates: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, database management, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps. Strong expertise in creating and managing reports and dashboards using PowerBI, including data sourcing, visualization, and performance optimization. Understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and their integration with the Power Platform for enhanced scalability and performance. Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the project (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
