Data migration expertise (critical requirement). Multi-application integration and data platform support. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business teams, and application teams. Coordination between HRIS (data consumers/stewards) and Workday. Key Skills & Experience: Hands-on development experience in data-related projects. Multi-stack expertise and knowledge of integration patterns. Experience with tools and platforms: Workday (mandatory), M365, Salesforce, D365, AX2012, Databricks, Mulesoft. Strong understanding of APIs, ERP applications, and CRM integrations. Solution architect-level proficiency. Ability to guide and self-start initiatives. Senior-level resource.
