Job Title: FICO Analyst/Consultant Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite every alternate two weeks All expenses covered by the client) Duration: 12 Months + Extension Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled FICO Analyst/Consultant with extensive experience in Treasury, Cash Management, and In-House Cash to join our team. This is a critical role requiring expertise in financial and controlling processes, with a strong emphasis on treasury operations and cash management functionalities within SAP. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional expertise in SAP FICO modules, focusing on Treasury, Cash Management, and In-House Cash. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions to meet organizational needs. Configure and customize SAP Treasury and Cash Management modules to optimize financial operations. Implement and support SAP In-House Cash functionalities, ensuring seamless transaction processing and intercompany financial flows. Perform system testing, validation, and support end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of new features. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the FICO domain, providing post-implementation support. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with overall business goals. Key Skills and Experience Required: Strong expertise in SAP FICO with a focus on Treasury, Cash Management, and In-House Cash modules. Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions. Proficiency in SAP In-House Cash operations, including payment factory setup and intercompany processes. Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with on-site availability every alternate two weeks. Preferred Qualifications: SAP FICO certification is a plus.
