This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, functionality, and integrity of the Salesforce environment at the Bank. Experience: 7-9 years in quality assurance roles, with at least 6-7 years focused on Salesforce testing. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly preferred. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Hands-on experience testing integrations with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi. Skills: Proficiency in manual testing methods, including scenario creation, test script development, and defect triage. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) and ability to configure and write test scripts independently. Knowledge of API testing and integration workflows. Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor and drive testing schedules without supervision. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with project managers and cross-functional teams. Tools: Proficiency in manual and automated Salesforce testing tools. Experience with middleware API testing tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi. FSC experience is highly preferred Experience working with Tableau is also a bonus Role The Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester will play a hands-on role in: Sprint Testing: Attend sprint demos. Validate build functionality for each story within the sprint. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and manage the UAT test plan in collaboration with project managers (PMs). Identify testing resources and business test scenarios. Develop and execute test scripts for business scenarios. Prepare and validate test data for various scenarios. Monitor testing progress, ensure timely completion, and adjust schedules with PMs if required. Collaborate with PMs to triage and resolve defects. Quality Assurance: Ensure the system meets required quality standards before going live. Work independently, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to testing tasks. Future Automation Focus: Assist in transitioning to automation tools, including the configuration and scripting of tools such as Selenium, Provar, or equivalent Salesforce-specific automated testing platforms.
