https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1957015&uid= From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description -Field Maintenance EngineerLocation - Phoenix, AZMust be local.Phoenix, AZ - Travel only around the Phoenix area to local hospitalsAbility to operate and support performance testing with scanners, TEMS, WINd, or other collection equipmentAbility to perform sweeps, connectorized coax, perform smaller troubleshooting tasks and provide solutions to any issues encounteredAbility to use spectrum analyzers, power meters, PIM testers, signal generators, and OTDRs to perform troubleshooting and provide solutions to issuesAbility to learn and adapt to changing technologies, standards, and certification requirementsAbility to work independently, while retaining the ability to work collaboratively within a team to solve operational challenges to Telamons advantageStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills Responsibilities : Maintain DAS systems under contract Commission and integrate DAS systems Troubleshoot issues raised by customer and service providers Light repair of systems including but not limited to remote unit replacements, head end equipment swaps, terminating and testing coax, and possible fiber repair Maintain spares inventory and RMA equipment Conduct site surveys and facilitate engineering requirement gathering with customers for system changes and new initiatives such as expansion, or removal of equipment Interpret and communicate customer concerns and issues discovered to internal project stakeholders; facilitate discussion and resolution of issues relating to engineering standards Partner with internal resources to identify equipment related to installation and repair of equipment projects Work with internal project stakeholders in maintaining as-builts through system changes Guide construction teams to implement necessary design changes in the field while not compromising design integrity Serve as a technical resource for wireless system troubleshooting and perform complex troubleshooting in the field Commissioning, decommissioning, integration, test and turn-up of telecommunications equipment Create test and optimization plans, review field data, guide performance enhancements for In-Building wireless system deployments, and observe and document best practices to implement standards that continually improve in-Building wireless system design and installation efforts Administer on-site field training programs as required Ability to assist with iBwave Designs, and other projects specifying equipment and labor tasks outside of specified maintained sites. Qualifications : Working knowledge of wireless technologies including CBRS, LTE, LTE-A and next gen 5G Working knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning of RF repeater/BDA and small cell products Working knowledge of Corning/One, ADRF, Commscope, Solid, TEKO, and other DAS product lines. Commissioning and installation certification preferred.
