They will play a crucial role in leading and guiding project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Act as a scrum master for agile teams, facilitating scrum processes, removing impediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. 2. Manage and lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. 3. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and support for project related changes. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 5.
