Job Title : Salesforce Developer Oracle NetSuite Integration & RCM Workflow Configuration Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension) Rate: $70/hr on C2C Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement integrations between Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite while configuring workflows for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, expertise in system integrations, and experience in building workflows that drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development : Design and develop seamless integrations between Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and reliability across both systems. RCM Workflow Configuration : Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and automation tailored to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions. Customization and Development : Build and enhance Salesforce custom objects, triggers, workflows, and Lightning components. Utilize Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development. Data Management : Perform data migrations, transformations, and validations between Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite. Testing and Documentation : Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Document technical solutions and workflows for future reference and compliance. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver efficient solutions within project timelines. Required Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware. Strong background in integrating Salesforce with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows is highly desirable.
