You will assess project requirements and take ownership of scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will define project scope and evaluate system integration to facilitate smooth implementation. Successful candidates will possess a combination of technical expertise, experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, and proficiency in GIS tools, along with hands-on oversight of project budgets, scope, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Review or draft detailed project requirement documentation. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Define clear and actionable scopes of work. Assess hardware needs and support capacity planning for efficient deployment. Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; a masters degree is preferred. At least six years of relevant experience in IT project management. Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar IT initiatives. Expertise in GIS technologies, with strong proficiency in ArcGIS. PMP certification is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Azure DevOps. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
