SecDevOps Engineer With GCP Atlanta, GA, OR NYC Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled GCP Security Engineer specializing in SecDevOps to enhance our security posture across our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.In this role, you will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate security practices into the DevOps pipeline.Your expertise will help ensure the secure design, deployment, and management of cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform Anthos and multi-cloud security best practices. Knowledge of application security testing and static and dynamic analysis tools like SonarQube or Snyk. Experience with Google Cloud Platform service hardening and security policy enforcement. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage security measures in our Google Cloud Platform infrastructure to safeguard sensitive data and systems. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to embed security best practices into the SDLC, leveraging DevSecOps principles. Automate security controls and monitoring in Google Cloud Platform environments, including CI/CD security integration. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments across Google Cloud Platform resources. Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and drive incident response efforts.
