Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design and configuration of SAP Sales Cloud solutions tailored to meet client requirements. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Sales Cloud functionality. Implement, test, and deploy SAP Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines. Integrate SAP Sales Cloud with non-SAP applications, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow. Configure and optimize user interfaces, dashboards, and reports to enhance system usability and meet business needs. Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall success of the SAP Sales Cloud implementation. Document business processes, configuration settings, and provide clear user documentation and training materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Sales Cloud features and best practices to advise clients on system optimization and process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Sales Cloud. Strong experience with integration of SAP Sales Cloud with non-SAP applications (e.g., CRM, ERP systems, etc.). Expertise in configuring and optimizing user interfaces, reports, and dashboards in SAP Sales Cloud. Familiarity with business processes related to sales, customer relationship management, and lead management within SAP Sales Cloud. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting full project lifecycles. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
