Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion projects; Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and resolution of bugs/defects; Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs; Ability to create complex SQL queries. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with Corrections processes; Ability to understand complex business problems; Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues; Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems; Understanding of database platforms and database design.
