Share Your Best Resumes At [email protected] Please SHARE CURRENT LOCATION/VISA/ LinkedIn WITH RESUME USC/GC - Only Job Title: Pega Developer Location: Tampa, FL Skills: Pega 8.x design, development, and integration experience Dev Studio expertise for workflows, UI, business rules, routing, security, and integrations Smart Investigate framework or Financial Services framework experience Pega AI/ML, GenAI, NLP capabilities for automation and straight-through processing Message Queues, REST/SOAP integration knowledge Domain expertise in Payments, Payment Investigations, and Financial Services Key Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions using Pega 8.x, focusing on workflows, UI, business rules, and integrations. Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate or Financial Services frameworks. Implement Pega AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP solutions for automation and straight-through processing. Ability to create design options with pros and cons for the implementation roadmap. Oversee Pega application deployment options, DevOps processes, and ecosystem integrations. Lead and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and support project timelines/estimates in collaboration with PMs/Scrum Masters. Provide strong client-facing communication and support. Good to Have: Understanding of cloud technologies, performance troubleshooting, and deployment architecture. Experience in process improvement and optimization. Functional depth in ISO 20022 MX and MT messages. Experience Required: Proven experience with Pega 8.x design, development, and integrations. Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. Expertise in financial services or payments domain.
