Design end-to-end automation workflows and ensure their robustness and scalability. Process Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. Analyze existing processes to determine feasibility and ROI for automation projects. Technical Expertise : Configure bots using Automation Anywhere tools such as A360, TaskBots, MetaBots, and IQ Bots. Leverage features like recorders, task editors, and workflows for efficient bot development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and deployment phases. Testing & Documentation : Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure error-free operation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, bot configurations, and support materials. Maintenance & Support : Monitor bot performance and resolve any runtime errors or exceptions. Implement updates and improvements to existing bots as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills : Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360 or earlier versions). Knowledge of programming languages like Python, .NET, or Java is a plus. Understanding of APIs, web services, and database integration. Familiarity with OCR tools and cognitive automation (e.g., IQ Bot). Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience & Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in RPA development, specifically with Automation Anywhere . Certification in Automation Anywhere is a strong advantage.
