Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, IBM Identity Governance, etc.) is highly desirable. Solid understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Directory Services, and Access Control Models. Experience with IAM-related project management, from requirements gathering to implementation. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Proficiency with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
