Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant Location: Remote (anywhere in US but must travel to Washington) Duration: 6+ Month contract Visa: No H1B Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O implementations for manufacturing clients, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Configure and optimize Production Control modules, including bill of materials (BOM), production orders, and work order tracking. Design and configure solutions for Discrete Manufacturing processes such as routing, work order tracking, and other manufacturing-specific configurations. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into functional D365 F&O solutions, particularly in manufacturing and SCM areas. Provide expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), ensuring the efficient integration of manufacturing processes with the broader supply chain. Perform system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to ensure functionality aligns with client expectations. Offer post-implementation support to ensure the system runs smoothly and provide troubleshooting assistance when necessary. Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of D365 F&O functionality. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementations (full lifecycle) in a manufacturing or production environment. Deep understanding of Production Control, Discrete Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within D365 F&O. Expertise in BOM (Bill of Materials), Production Orders, Routing, and Work Order Tracking. Familiarity with Manufacturing heavy environments and the ability to adapt the solution to fit complex manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, from order management to production, inventory, and shipping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations. Ability to drive continuous improvement within manufacturing operations using D365 F&O functionality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Relevant certifications in D365 F&O (preferred). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a consulting or implementation role, with a focus on manufacturing processes. At least 3-5 years of experience in Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management within D365 F&O. Experience in E2E implementations in a manufacturing or production-focused environment.
