Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business needs. Provide technical expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM to optimize data management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM requirements and deliver effective solutions. Ensure MDM solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving business requirements. Develop and enforce MDM best practices and standards to maintain data integrity. Conduct regular assessments of MDM systems to identify areas for improvement. Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor MDM system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Provide training and support to team members on MDM tools and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored MDM solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MDM capabilities and efficiencies. Document MDM processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of MDM Functional, MDM Architect, and MDM Architecture. Have extensive experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in developing and implementing MDM strategies. Have a proven track record of managing MDM projects from inception to completion. Di splay the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Be adept at training and mentoring team members on MDM practices. Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Possess strong organizational and documentation skills. Show the ability to adapt to changing business requirements. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing MDM challenges. Have a strong understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance.
