Check the plans quality, stays on top of the plans required review and approval cycle. Follows up and communicates non compliance to the plan owners and reports back to Management. Additional responsibilities for the resource as the program evolves customers priorities. Candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and oral as they will be interacting with the app and service owners, technical leads and leaders. Candidate needs to have excellent time management skill and attention to detail. From the technical perspective, candidate should have 3plus years of IT and Disaster Resiliency experience and at least 1 year of Cyber Resiliency experience.
