Role: SAP MM Supply Chain Procurement Expert / Architect Mode of Location : San Francisco, CA Mode of Work : 75% remote / 25% travel Mode of Hiring: Contract Visa: USC and GC Job Description: System Design and Architecture Design and implement SAP Procurement and Logistic fulfilment functionalities Develop system architecture aligned with business processes Ensure integration with other SAP Project Systems Sub-Contracting and Sourcing Expertise Configure and optimize sub-contracting processes Implement sourcing strategies within SAP Integrate sub-contracting with overall project management Process Optimization Analyze and improve end-to-end procurement processes Streamline sub-contracting workflows Enhance efficiency in project-related sourcing activities Configuration and Customization Set up and configure SAP MM module Customize SAP functionalities to meet specific business requirements Implement best practices in project systems and procurement Integration Management Ensure seamless integration between material documents and other modules Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, etc.) Manage interfaces with external systems if required Qualifications: Purchase Requisition Configure and optimize the creation and processing of purchase requisitions Implement approval workflows and controls Integrate requisitions with project structures and WBS elements Purchase Order Design and implement purchase order processes Configure PO types, fields, and controls specific to project-related procurement Ensure proper linkage between POs, projects, and sub-contracting processes Goods Receipt/Goods Issue (GR/GI) Set up GR/GI processes for project materials and services Implement proper valuation and accounting for project-related goods movements Configure special GR/GI scenarios for sub-contracted items Serialization Implement serialization for project-specific materials Configure tracking of serialized components through sub-contracting processes Ensure proper handling of serialized items in GR/GI transactions Sub-Contracting Specific Tasks Configure sub-contracting scenarios in SAP Implement processes for providing materials to sub-contractors Set up proper costing and valuation for sub-contracted work Training and Support Provide training to end-users on SAP PS and related procurement functions Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting Additional Responsibilities Documentation Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation Create user guides and standard operating procedures Continuous Improvement Stay updated with SAP enhancements and new features Propose and implement system improvements Conduct regular process reviews and optimizations Project Management Participate in or lead SAP implementation/upgrade projects Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for MM/PS-related initiatives Stakeholder Management Liaise with business users to understand requirements Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide regular updates and reports to management Thanks & Regards Kajal Bhaskar Sr.Technical Recruiter P: 571-680-0400,Ext:331 Mail: [email protected] LARGETON | 13800 Coppermine Rd| Herndon, VA 20171 Keywords: materials management purchase order green card California Virginia SAP MM Supply Chain Procurement Expert Architect- USC and GC [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1917179&uid= |
