The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules, specifically focusing on Actual Costing, Cost Tracking, and Cost Analysis. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to ensure the system meets financial reporting, compliance, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO modules, with a specific focus on Actual Costing. Analyze and optimize Record to Report (R2R) processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management. Provide expertise on the design and integration of Actual Costing solutions within SAP, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actual costs. Collaborate with finance teams to configure cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and other relevant cost structures. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of Actual Costing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Actual Costing and Cost Object Controlling (COC) in SAP. Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, version updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve financial processes. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong expertise in Actual Costing and Cost Object Controlling. In-depth knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) process flow and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). Experience in the end-to-end configuration of Actual Costing and related processes (product costing, cost allocation, variance analysis). Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, cost management, and internal controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
