About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent, agent-based systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable AI solutions that automate and enhance complex processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems. This role requires a deep understanding of AI architecture and a passion for pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Required Skills: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus. Experience: 15+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 6 years focused on agent-based modeling or multi-agent systems. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for AI development. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Expertise in reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, and distributed systems. Knowledge of simulation platforms for agent-based modeling (e.g., AnyLogic, GAMA, NetLogo). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models and workflows. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using AI and machine learning techniques. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
