Seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Security Project Manager with expertise in SailPoint integration to lead, manage, and deliver complex security projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and proven experience implementing SailPoint solutions to enhance our security posture. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and deliver security initiatives on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards. Mandatory Skill sets:-: Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management within cybersecurity or IAM, with at least 6 years focused on SailPoint implementations and integrations. Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent). Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Now, including deployment, configuration, and customization. Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or similar project management/security certifications is Mandatory. SailPoint certification is Mandatory. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business requirements and security risks, and to make data-driven decisions.
