Location: 100% onsite in Orange CT from day 1.

Duration:  long-term contract (3 years initially and 2 possible extensions for a total of 5 years)

Job Description

Degree Requirements 

University Degree (high) in a technical subject (f. ex: Computer Science, Telecommunications,  Mathematics, etc.)

Demonstrable Experience

Demonstrable experience of at least 8 years in team, project and decision-making management tasks within its technological perimeter.

Technical Areas Experience

Typically, degree qualified with a relevant technical qualification, required certifications and at least 8 years relevant work experience including some supervisory experience.

Service Hours

Service coverage from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Service coverage will be managed globally by team members.

Specific knowledge

Set up, manage and evaluate one or more complex contracts for the administration and ongoing development applications and information systems.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

Support the commercial organisation during contract phase (standard and extra service); maintain customer relations and commercial task execution.

Transfer knowledge by way of internal and external advice, as well as presentations on administration services, management and administration set-up.

Identify administration tasks on the basis of a quick scan, an administration plan including calculation; determine within this context and in consultation with team the administration criteria; define administration setup (service installation phase).

Provide functional leadership to dedicated service managers and service coordinators.

Investigate into developments in administration, as well as provide advice and support regarding administration practice, techniques and tools.

Manage the complete contract environment (sub-contractors for example).

Advise customers regarding possible change processes.

Monitor project(s) on the basis of time, money and information, as well as organisational and quality criteria.

Evaluate assigned projects (including calculation of actual costs).

Report progress and evaluations to the Operations Manager and customer.
