You'll leverage your technical expertise and understanding of Workday security best practices to protect our sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities : Security Assessments: Conduct regular security assessments of Workday systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies. Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts for Workday-related security breaches, coordinating with relevant teams to contain and resolve issues promptly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-standard security frameworks and regulations applicable to Workday systems. Integration Security: Oversee the security of integrations between Workday and other systems, implementing appropriate controls and protocols. Security Training: Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees who interact with Workday systems. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud-based applications. Proven expertise in Workday security best practices and compliance standards. Strong understanding of security principles, including access control, encryption, and data protection. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Workday Security or a related field. Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power).
