(Need Local with DL & LinkedIn ) Interview Process: 2-3 Interviews Job Overview: Our customer is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a 6 month 100% onsite position located in Houston TX. This will be an 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday position and there is a possibility of extensions. US Citizen or Green Card holders only. The scope of work is as follows: Help conduct fast-paced RFP for a large transformation program involving ERP, CRM, Procurement and other Application platforms. Manage engagement and coordination between selected bidder, various software vendors, IT (mostly Application and Infra) and a wide range of stakeholders including: Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Travel & Expense, HR & Payroll, Marketing, Legal. Monitor time, risk, scope, and satisfaction of customer + sponsors. Establish and maintain dependencies, Gantt and critical path at the macro level, and at a more granular level as needed. Identify, mitigate and monitor risk Ensure sensitive and proprietary information is safeguarded throughout the program lifecycle Ensure deliverables at provided on time by various stakeholders Monitor budget, and alert on potential deviation Help manage scope, to ensure any variance is identified early and addressed through proper change management Help prepare and conduct negotiations and arbitration Help prepare and conduct steering committees Help organize change management Qualifications: USC Or Green Card Holders Only Apply 8+ years professional experience Strong MS project - or equivalent Strong PowerPoint. Figma a plus Data manipulation, Excel Pivot User level experience with SAP S4, Coupa, SalesForce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta and AD a plus. Other Skills and Experience RFP: Preparation of RFP package, Analysis of responses and offer Selection for application systems implementation or transformation Project management: experience with all aspects of project management: Scope, Quality, Schedule, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder management Planning: Prioritize tasks, organize sub projects, and documenting ev Analytical skills: They should be able to analyze problems and devise solutions. Documentation and writing skills: Excel at writing concise and precise memos, documents and presentations Communication skills: Able to clearly explain technical, process or other issues while also collaborating on solutions Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead workshops, drive resolution and deliver results Problem-solving skills: Strong capacity for analyzing & defining a problem, simplifying it to its core components, solutioning it while ensuring buy-in from stakeholders Work ethics: required, must be able and willing to go above and beyond to achieve successful outcomes, while working in the most ethical manner.
