This role is pivotal in driving financial management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, global operations, automation, and platform functionalities, while integrating D365 CRM/Sales solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, efficient solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional workshops, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to develop functional designs. Provide technical expertise for the integration and maintenance of various ERP platforms, ensuring seamless integration with business systems like Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Project Operations. Design scalable, extensible solutions while ensuring alignment with business processes. Identify and implement process improvements for critical business functions. Develop integration solutions for third-party applications as needed. Track and resolve project risks and issues while adhering to internal guidelines and Microsoft best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience as a D365 F&O Solution Architect with a proven track record of leading or supporting large-scale ERP projects. Strong expertise in both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems, including data migration and integration. Experience working closely with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams. Proven experience supporting global deployments involving multi-national legal entities and geo-locations. Ability to create detailed solution architecture diagrams and lead process evaluations and improvements. Familiarity with integrating D365 Sales and ERP, including Product Catalog integration. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on assessing risks and potential impacts. Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and D365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Boards. Familiarity with common project management methodologies, such as Agile.
