Data Visualization: Experience designing for complex data and creating clear visualizations that help users make sense of AI-driven insights.AI/ML Knowledge: A solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts to effectively collaborate with AI engineers and shape how AI technologies are presented and interacted with in products. Ethical Design Awareness: A strong grasp of ethical concerns surrounding AI, such as bias, transparency, and user privacy, with the ability to design responsibly in line with these considerations. Prototyping and Wireframing: Advanced skills in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar, to create detailed prototypes and wireframes that can be tested and iterated upon in the design process. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to product development. Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes: 5 to 8+ years of experience in product design or user experience (UX) design. This includes significant experience in designing complex, data-driven products and ideally some exposure to working with AI or machine learning technologies.
