The role will focus on integrating solutions into public sector environments while ensuring strict adherence to data governance and change management best practices. The Program Manager will also oversee key project deliverables, including the execution of surveys and stakeholder interviews to gather critical data and inform strategy. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data compliance initiatives, including managing key deliverables such as surveys and stakeholder interviews. Surveys and Stakeholder Interviews: Oversee survey design, distribution, and analysis within target departments and coordinate qualitative stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform integration strategies. Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile project management methodologies to ensure iterative progress and deliverables. Risk and Compliance Oversight: Oversee data compliance, security, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and organizational adoption of new technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Analyst and other team members to ensure project success. Communication: Provide regular project updates and adjust plans as necessary to maintain alignment with stakeholder needs. Skills: Project Management: Experience leading large-scale data compliance projects within the public sector, focusing on delivering stakeholder surveys and interviews. Change Management: Expertise in change management to guide organizational transition to new technologies. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project alignment. Risk and Compliance Management: Strong knowledge of data compliance, governance, and security best practices. Agile Methodology: Ability to lead projects using Agile methodologies for continuous improvement and iterative delivery. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 7-8+ year of exp required Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Agile Certification (required). PMP certification is a plus. 5+ years of experience managing data compliance and change management projects. Proven ability to manage public sector projects and deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope.
