Job Summary: Experienced Business Analyst, with a focus on documenting "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business process mapping and analysis, along with specific expertise in the Phenom talent acquisition system. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and design optimized future-state processes that align with business goals. Process Documentation: Lead the effort to document "As-Is" processes by working closely with business users, SMEs, and cross-functional teams. Design "To-Be" processes that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support the organizations strategic objectives. Ensure that all process documentation is clear, concise, and follows industry best practices. Phenom System Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Phenom system to analyze how current business processes interact with the platform. Recommend enhancements or configurations within the Phenom system to support optimized "To-Be" processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across HR, and operations to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide insights on process improvements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with proposed solutions. Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analysis between current "As-Is" processes and future-state "To-Be" designs to identify areas for improvement. Develop actionable plans to address gaps, including system modifications, workflow redesigns, or training needs. Project Support: Assist in the creation of project timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements related to process documentation and system improvements. Provide regular updates to project leads and senior management on progress, risks, and potential roadblocks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. 5 - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process documentation and analysis. Proficiency with Phenom talent acquisition system Required Strong understanding and experience using business process modeling methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, Visio). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms. Experience in facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
