This role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of solutions using Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate to meet the clients evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Power Platform, with excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative skills.Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Assist in the migration and replacement of a legacy system, ensuring smooth integration and high functionality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently to support business needs. Collaborate closely with the project team to implement new features and functionality based on evolving requirements. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining clear communication within the team. Provide ongoing maintenance and bug fixes to ensure the stability and usability of the applications.Requirements: 3+ years of experience developing with Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Power Platform applications. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Experience delivering and supporting end-to-end solutions using Power Platform tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Certification in Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) is a plus but not required. Experience in migrating legacy systems to Power Platform solutions. Familiarity with integration services, data connectors, and workflow automation. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.Work Schedule: Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
