This globalbusiness transformation initiative, with a substantial digital component at itscore, is led and driven by the business with support from IT teams. Through themulti-year program, they have designed and implemented harmonized core andcommon business processes, enabled by a scalable and flexible state-of-the-artsolution across the company. MUST have skills: 10 years managing Data Transformation (not lift and shift), Migration and Integration for SAP implementation projects. Full lifecycle SAP S4 implementation experience in an SAP manufacturing processing environment with specific understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial and finance processes and operations. Experienced in some combination of process modelsR2R, Q2C, P2D, etc. Familiarity with Budgeting, Forecasting and Analytics tools Familiarity with a Document Management System (Content Server to OpenText) and its interaction with SAP. Nice to have: Experience with Master Data Governance principles, implementation, and use of migration tools Understanding of SAP systems general principles and architecture; Broad understanding of business functions. Technical understanding of: Data Modeling, Database Design DB2 SQL or MS SQL, Access queries & report writing. Strong preference for understanding of HANA. Experience with remote management of matrixed organization staff in multiple countries. Strong management skills to enforce appropriate deliverable of team members and tracking against plan.
