Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of experience logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects found in test and production environments. 84 months of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases from technical requirements and designing test scripts for various environments. 48 months of experience analyzing, developing and revising flow charts, process models and technical specifications describing as-is or to-be Information Technology (IT) systems or business processes. 48 months of experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC), including logging, tracking, and prioritizing work items. 48 months of experience working with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). 24 months of experience managing report requests, including defining, documenting, and validating data with the requirements 24 months of experience using COGNOS.
