RESPONSIBILITIES Manage projects from initiation to close ensuring project success and achieving project objectives Create and maintain budgeting for projects including month over month review Follow up on project status, benefits, risks, interdependencies, timelines and, modify where needed to maximize the probability that project milestones are delivered according to plan Clearly communicate expectations to both stakeholders and team members: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications (verbal and written) that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Track and report on project milestones, metrics and provide status reports to sponsor and IT Management Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis Escalate issues and risks as appropriate according to the Project Management Plan processes Implement project management best practices, governance, process guidelines, tools and reporting templates (i.e. methodology) and train other personnel to use these tools Lead cross-functional project teams, delegate project tasks and hold team accountable to deadlines Drive continuous improvement in project management process Ability to build schedule for the Scrum Team and able to plan Epics Collaborate with Product team on updates QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years work experience in project management and supporting system solutions and / or business applications Prior experience with large scale Master Data Management / IT Data related projects for implementations or integrations Must be able to setup/build project plans in MS Project Strong ability to drive due dates and identify risks/issues Agile background (exposure to Kanban preferred) PMI/PMP certifications a plus Strong affinity to ask questions and dig for the best answers/solutions Honest and Direct Communication / Feedback Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=184099&uid= |
