Job Overview: We are seeking a Solutions Engineer who will collaborate with business partners to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using various platforms, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, IDP, and more. This role involves developing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions to meet business needs with high-quality results, delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to define requirements for new automation features and enhancements that align with strategic priorities. Participate in the design process to ensure business requirements and optimized user experiences are met. Develop, implement, and support one or more components of an environment, application, or platform. Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions. Provide support and root cause analysis for specific automations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor the health, performance, and availability of systems and actively resolve client experience issues for one or more environments, applications, or platforms. Embrace mentorship and training opportunities from senior engineers. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including peers and business/technology partners. Continuously suggest improvement ideas to reduce expenses and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with information security standards when developing code. Contribute to technical documentation and specifications. Identify potential standards and best practices for process improvement. Ensure adherence to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security, risk, and change management protocols. Required Qualifications: Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree, Technical Bootcamp, or equivalent work experience. Skills : Strong passion for technology and learning new tools and frameworks. Self-starter who delivers high-quality work and adapts to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting aggressive deadlines. Strong desire to develop problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
