Perform SAD 9. Understands D/R concepts and has the ability to execute them 10. Trouble shooting and resolved issue as it arises in the environment. 11. Knowledge of IBM zSeries Mainframes and the z/OS operating system 12. CICS, DB2, JES2, VTAM, TSO/ISPF experience 13. IBM Tape library manager (TLMS) 14. Basic Endeavor experience 15. Basic knowledge in Connect-Direct (NDM), FTP and SFTP (Secured FTP) 16.
