Role : -
Jira Admin with Python

Location : Raritan, NJ (Remote)

Term:- Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Install and upgrade Atlassian products-Manage upgrades, patches, availability, and performance of Jira, along with installed
Atlassian marketplace add-ons.

Experience
using advanced workflow automation tools like Automation for JIRA.

Strong
Python skills to write scripts for automating JIRA tasks such as issue creation, status updates, and report generation.-Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools as identified

Configure
and Manage Jira projects, users, permissions, Dashboards, Notifications, custom fields, field configurations, workflows, workflow functions

Develop
custom workflows, plugins and Integrations

Create
Jira training and Support documentation

Training
JIRA Project Team Support resources

Understand
how to model JIRA data efficiently in Power BI to create relationships, hierarchies, and custom measures.

Create
and design clear, interactive dashboards to present JIRA insights (issues, progress, timelines, etc.).

Fetch
data via JIRA REST API to extract relevant issue, project, and workflow data into Power BI.

Ability
to create, organize, and manage sheets, workspaces, reports, and dashboards on Smart sheets.

Knowledge
of managing permissions and sharing settings for collaboration across teams.

Knowledge
of integrating Databricks with various data sources.

Experience
collaborating with teams using Databricks' shared notebooks and real-time editing.
