Job Description: Support Clients IBM Maximo cloud-based system and interfaces: version updates to the latest Maximo Application Suite, security patches, defect resolution, enhancements, and possible replacements for Prometheus and Visual Schedular. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years experience as a lead in administration and management of Maximo cloud software. 5 years experience in supporting Maximo Cloud System in a technical & functional role by managing system, customizations using HTML/CSS, start centers, workflow, patches, automation tasks, administration of IBM WebSphere, Mobile Device Management for Prometheus, and Enterprise Application Archive (EAR) configurations, of Maximo Cloud and other related application components. 3 years experience as a lead developer building Cognos Reports, Cognos dashboards, and Cognos Framework. Services to be performed include: Manage Maximo cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and security devices Regular security patching and platform upgrades to maintain system functionality Maintain Maximo integration framework structure and configurations Generate custom Maximo report data and support Cognos Framework Maintain Prometheus and Visual Scheduler applications Troubleshoot mobile device issues Prepare, configure, test, and deploy installs and hot fixes Perform knowledge transfers to ETS staff Development of new queries and other minor configuration changes as needed to support changes in the business need Manage site layout, security configurations, and content Provide second-level support on all configured Maximo modules to resolve end-user issues Provide support for Maximo upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to the recommended version of Maximo Application Suite Provide support for Red Hat Open Shift application and configurations Update technical documentation, as required, with new platform releases and security updates Keywords: IBM Maximo Developer !!
