Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements. Qualifications for Consideration: Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards. Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development. Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding. Good to Have: - Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets. Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
