Automotive, CPG, Chemical process, Hi-Tech manufacturing, Medical Devices - PREFER experience Semiconductor Industry Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory and Maintenance capabilities required for these industries Experience in creating business process maps and detailed process flow diagrams Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory, and Maintenance functions Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare FRS Understanding of Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 Understanding of one of MES applications like DS Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, Rockwell FTPC, etc. Familiarity with the Agile framework Good analytical skills Excellent communication skills. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Has an overall 8 to 10 years of experience Has worked in the capacity of a business analyst for 5 years Has worked in large programs - ideally teams of 50+ Has worked very closely with product owners or played a proxy product owner role. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work very closely with the Product owner and to define product requirements. Understand current applications (functionally) and its integrations and IT touchpoints Assist business and technical teams and guide them to achieve the goal.
