This is a remote position. Data Modeler Responsibilities Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into long-term data model solutions. Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models34. Implement data modeling solutions using relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases. Evaluate and optimize existing data systems for efficiency and cross-compatibility. Develop best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system. Collaborate with development teams to create data flows and implement data warehouses. Update and optimize local and metadata models. Troubleshoot and fine-tune data systems for optimal performance. Work with business intelligence and analytics teams to create efficient, reusable semantic models. Ensure data integrity and eliminate redundancy in data structures Data Modeler Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling. Proficiency in industry-standard data modeling methodologies and tools. Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems. Experience with data warehousing, big data platforms, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
